How We Do It
Inputs are obtained online from a number of stakeholders from different stakeholder groups and results are available immediately after completion of the assessment.
The methodology uses statements based on widely used performance, governance and compliance frameworks including the Balanced Scorecard, King IV and ISO Quality, Safety and Health and Environmental standards.
Business Value
Results can be viewed multi-dimensionally and interactively by management using visualisation applications such as Power BI and Qlikview.
Variations of views between organisation units, stakeholder groups and framework criteria can be viewed and evaluated.
Insights provided by the assessment may include identification of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
Insights may also serve as a baseline for interventions and transformations.
